Our classrooms are designed based on age group and have a child teacher ratio to maintain an intimate and secure place for children to learn and explore at their own pace.
All Brookfield Academy educators:
- Are state certified and meet all state child-care requirements
- Must have a national fingerprint background check and clearance letter from Bright from the Start
- Complete extensive training in our standards and curriculum
- Train in-depth on child-care and child-development milestones
- Receive ongoing yearly professional development training
